Methods of Payment

+ Traveller cheques.    + etransfers

Although we accept credit cards as payment, a 4% surcharge will be applied for processing. No surcharge for cash and debit payments. Etransfers are also accepted with no surcharge.

Check-in time is 3 PM - 9 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. 

Minimum 2 day stays on weekends (Friday and Saturday).

Minimum 3 day stays on long weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation is required. There will be no charges against your credit card.

Last-minute cancellations and "no shows" translate into lost opportunities for other guests. A longer notice allows us the opportunity to re-book cottages. As such, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

Less than 7 days notice will result in charges against your credit card of 50% of the total booking cost.

'No Shows' will be charged the FULL amount for the chosen cottage(s) and the number of nights reserved.

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for weekly reservations. Two-week notice is required for cancellation of the weekly rental.

Cottage Policy

We request that all pets MUST be leashed, owners clean up dropping and animals are not left unattended in cottages. Extra charge for pets is $20.00 per stay and $50.00 for animal hair on bedding. We reserve the right to refuse any and all breeds at our discretion.  A fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card for smoking in cottages.
