Last-minute cancellations and "no shows" translate into lost opportunities for other guests. A longer notice allows us the opportunity to re-book cottages. As such, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation is required. There will be no charges against your credit card.
Less than forty-eight (48) hours notice will result in charges against your credit card of 50% of the total booking cost.
'No Shows' will be charged the FULL amount for the chosen cottage(s) and the number of nights reserved.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for weekly reservations. Two-week notice is required for cancellation of the weekly rental.
Once we have confirmed your booking, the chosen cottage(s) can be reserved with a credit card.

For in-person check-in, we accept:
Check-in at 3 PM and Check-out at 11 AM.
We request that all pets be leashed, owners clean up dropping and animals are not left unattended in cottages. Extra charge for pets is $25.00 per stay and $50.00 for animal hair on bedding. A fee of $250.00 will be charged to the credit card for smoking in cottages.
