Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations and "no shows" translate into lost opportunities for other guests. Longer notice allows us the opportunity to re-book cottages. As such, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
- A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation is required. There will be no charges against your credit card.
- Less than forty-eight (48) hours notice will result in charges against your credit card of 50% of the total booking cost.
- "No Shows" will be charged the FULL amount for the chosen cottage(s) and number of nights reserved.
- $50.00 non-refundable deposit required for weekly reservations. Two week notice for cancellation of weekly rental.
Once we have confirmed your booking, the chosen cottage(s) can be reserved with a credit card. To confirm your reservation, please contact us
When checking in, we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Interac.
Check in is 3pm; Check out is 11 am.
A $250.00 fee will be charged to Credit card for smoking in cottages.
We request that all pets be leashed, owners clean up droppings, and animals not be left unattended in cottages . Extra charge for pets is $25.00 per stay, $50.00 charge for animal hair on bedding.
