Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ translate into a significant loss of revenue. Longer notice allows us the opportunity to re-book cottages. As such the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

  • A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation is required. There will be no charges against your credit card and all deposits will be returned.

  • Less than forty-eight (48) hours notice will result in charges against your credit card of 50% of the total booking cost or loss of deposit if a personal cheque or money order was used to guarantee a booking.

‘No Shows’ will be charged the FULL amount for
the chosen cottage(s) and number of nights reserved.

Deposits will not be returned.

 

Reservation Policy

Once we have confirmed your booking the chosen cottage(s) can be reserved with either a credit card or deposit guarantee (personal cheque or money order for 50% of the total booking cost).

Credit cards details will be taken at when the reservation is made and will not be processed until you check in.

We accept Visa and Mastercard - Personal cheque or money order can only be accepted at least 4 (four) weeks prior to the reserved date.

When checking in we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac and Traveller cheques.
