Reservation and Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ translate into a significant loss of revenue. Longer notice allows us the opportunity to re-book cottages. As such the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
‘No Shows’
will be charged the FULL amount for Deposits will not be returned.
Reservation Policy Once we have confirmed your booking the chosen cottage(s) can be reserved with either a credit card or deposit guarantee (personal cheque or money order for 50% of the total booking cost). Credit cards details will be taken at when the reservation is made and will not be processed until you check in. We accept Visa and Mastercard - Personal cheque or money order can only be accepted at least 4 (four) weeks prior to the reserved date. When checking in we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac and Traveller cheques.
